The NYPD Hate Crimes Task Force is hunting a women who attacked pro-Palestinian protesters on the Brooklyn Bridge during a demonstration against the Israeli on Saturday.

"You deserve death! You deserve death!," the woman shouted before slapping at least one of the protesters, edited video posted to X, the Internet public square formerly known as Twitter, shows.

Bizarrely, the woman, who speaks with an Israeli accent, also threatened the victim with a sex crime.

"I'm gonna pee on you if I could," the video captures her saying.

The NYPD said the woman yelled "Fuck Palestine," other "anti-ethnic statements” and slapped a 31-year-old man. Its "investigation remains ongoing," it said Monday morning.

To facilitate its search, the NYPD's Crime Stoppers unit released a photograph of the woman and asked the public to contact it if they have information about the woman's identity or if they witnessed her committing any crimes. She has brown eyes, long brown hair, stands about 5 feet, 7 inches in height and is roughly 30 years old. She was last seen fleeing the scene wearing a gray shirt, blue jeans and sunglasses.

Since Palestinian militia launched a raid from the Gaza Strip into Israel and killed more than 1,400 Israelis on Oct. 7, Israel has retaliated by bombing and invading Gaza, a small, Palestinian-controlled area of land about the size of Philadelphia. Israel has killed more than 8,000 Palestinians, according to the Palestinians and independent news reporting.

Most of those killed have been women and children.

Israel's official website says it only killed "terrorists."

Around 10,000 people gathered at the Brooklyn Museum to protest against Israel on Saturday. They marched to Manhattan across the Brooklyn Bridge before stopping at Union Square. The NYPD said it closed the bridge to traffic as a precautionary measure.

At first, the woman appears to be yelling at a recent South American migrant and her child in the video. The child appears terrified, the video shows. That's when pro-Palestinian protesters intervened, to stop the woman from harassing the migrant woman and her child. They were selling food to tourists on the bridge, but stopped to observe and photograph protesters passing below them on the roadway, one witness said on X.

Bystanders intervened and separated the woman. NYPD officers on the scene allegedly told the victim of the assault on the bridge there was nothing they could do, according to the victim's brother, who said he witnessed it.

The attacker was identified by activists as Eden Atias. She's an actor and producer born in Haifa, Israel, currently living in Brooklyn, according to her Linkedin profile. Her Instagram account has almost 15,000 followers.

She has repeatedly harassed pro-Palestinian demonstrators, more video posted to X shows. Video self-posted to her Facebook account captures her railing against Palestinian-Americans.

Atias did not answer a telephone call from The Free Lance, to a number listed as hers in public records, seeking comment.
